Shipping Charges
We offer weight and location-based shipping at NCCS Online Store. Upon purchasing any items at NCCS Online Store, you can enjoy low cost shipping with our designated courier. You can also pick up your order at NCCS physical store. In addition, we shall not be liable for any damage or loss occurred during shipping. Shipping is currently restricted to Malaysia addresses only.

Shipping & Packing
Customers will get their item in around 7 – 10 working days. Every item from NCCS Online Store is packed in a suitable packaging for hardware products. We also take time to pack fragile items to ensure your products arrive safely and in good working condition.

Shipping Service
Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or hotels. Customer should be responsible for any tax fee.

A signature is required for all deliveries, regardless of any waivers you may have with the shipping company. The person listed on the invoice is required to sign for receipt of the package. All deliveries are made on weekdays, Monday to Friday

Order Tracking
You are able to track the status of your order when you purchase products at NCCS Online Store. Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notice email with an order tracking number and the tracking link of the shipping company selected. Simply click the link, type your tracking number, and follow the status of your order.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns / Refunds must be done within Five (5) working days starting from the day the goods received by you.

You may liaise with our sales team with sharing pictures or video as proof together with Order Invoice Number and receipt.

You may return your order ONLY IF you received the wrong products in the package from what you ordered.

To return / refund, please make sure that you comply with the following rules:
You have proof of purchases. (Order invoice number and receipt)

The goods is in new conditions, not tempered in anyways and returned in original, unopened packaging along with all the original accessories. (Including Manuals, Warranty Cards, Certificates of authenticity) and any other free gifts received with it.

The products must not have been used.

If you request meets all the criteria mentioned above and you wish to proceed with the return/refund request, please have your Order invoice number ready and post your products back to us at :

Once we received the products, we will evaluate the conditions and inspects the goods. If the requirements, the good's condition and other requirement is valid and fulfilled, we will process the replacement of the goods or make the refund. But if your return is not comply with the requirements mentioned, we will notify you via email and send back the goods to registered address, and the delivery fees will be charged. So we strongly advise for you to contact us first regarding your issues before proceeding to return the products.

Please note that we reserve the rights to reject any return or refund if deemed fit and reasonable.
